“Marjon Khan at the front desk stands out for her efficient handling of issues and overall helpfulness, making check-in a pleasant experience. The recently renovated rooms are a definite plus, offering comfort and updated amenities, though the service during my stay was a bit impersonal. While the pool area is a hit with families, and the location is convenient for the Mall of America, a bit more polish on the initial guest interaction would elevate the stay.”
